Summer is just around the corner, and that means a lot of exciting things. But don’t let that distract you from performing the proper maitenece on your vehicle before summer gets in full swing.

  1. Check your Engine: Oil can take a big hit during winter. Without lubrication, friction will build up between moving parts causing the life cycle of your engine to decrease significantly. Changing your oil can help prevent this.
  2. Check Your Tires: Temperature fluctuate throughout the year. That fluctuation can put stress on your tears. While cooler weather typically causes low tire pressure, the opposite goes for summer. Heat causes the air to expand, which in turn could cause your tires to pop.
  3. Replace Your Wipers: Winter causes a lot of wear and tear on your windshield wipers. Be sure to change your wipers as need be to ensure they keep working effectively.
  4. Test the Battery:Just like tires, your car’s battery is also affected by changes in weather. Bring your battery to our Service Center to get tested, it’ll only take a jiff and could save you some headaches.
  5. Flush Your Cooling System: It’s recommended that you flush your cooling system about once every two years. This can vary from model to model and make to make, so be sure you read over your owner’s manual.
